I was born in New Mexico, where I graduated as an all-around athlete from Melrose High. My passion for sports continued to grow after High School so I enrolled in Eastern New Mexico University (www.enmu.edu) to major in Physical Education and Coaching.
While attending ENMU I worked as a student coach for ENMU football and a PE trainer for adolescents. After receiving my degree from ENMU, I moved to Arizona to start my personal training career. I trained for LA Fitness, and trained clients in their home. In March 2009 I opened my own studio JWWFITNESS in Scottsdale, AZ. Wanting to gain as much knowledge as possible in fitness I became a Member of NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association –www.nsca.com ) NSCA is a worldwide organization that is most advanced and up-to-date when it comes to sports and exercise techniques.
I was voted the Best of 2012 for Personal Trainers by Kudzu and I was featured in Echo Magazine in January 2014. You can view the Echo Magazine article here.
All ages are welcome to train in my studio. The overall goal of JWWFITNESS is to give everyone a chance to workout and get results. My rates are competitive and affordable to assure my clients that their health and physical goals are most important at JWWFITNESS.
