Scheduling Personal Training Appointments

You can speak to us in person or call to schedule appointment times. New clients should schedule a Fitness Assessment prior to beginning any training package. We will work with each client to accommodate your appointment requests. Advance payment reserves your personal training sessions.

Change of Schedule Requests

To avoid confusion, please write all personal training schedule changes & cancellations on the Daily Sign In Sheet.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions are scheduled by appointment. Appointments that are not cancelled at least 24-hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. Cancellations of all weekend and Monday appointments must be received by the previous Friday.

Package Payment Program

We offer a discount for some prepaid training packages. Payment plans are available for personal training packages of 24 sessions or more. Initial payment is collected upon scheduling the first appointment with the trainer.

Monthly Payment Program

Personal training client payments are due on the 1st of each new training month.

Late Fee

A $30.00 late fee will be assessed for all payments received after the due date.

Terminating Training Programs and Refunds

JWWFitness strives to provide the best possible service to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we will gladly issue you a pro-rated refund for all unused services. Refunds are only available for up to 3 business days after the original sign-up date. A $30.00 processing fee is assessed when a refund is issued.

All refund checks will be mailed within 10 business days by our accounting office to the address shown on the participant’s registration form.

Gym Etiquette

Wear comfortable exercise clothing (avoid baggy sweats & sweatshirts). Do not wear heavy jewelry or perfume / cologne. Towels & water are provided at the studio.
