You want to know what really gives me a headache??…..Freaking fitness fads!!

So here it goes…

Fitness Myth Sunday:

  • Myth: If you search long enough, you will find that one exercise, diet, or supplement that will change your life forever and give you instant results.
  • Fact: There is simply not one exercise, diet, or supplement out there that ALONE, will change your life forever and give you instant results.

If there was a magic pill out there, you would already know about it as just about everyone would already be taking it. Hey if there was a magic pill out there we could take it to learn how to make a million in day without actually doing anything. I am betting most folks would do that as well.  However, fitness just like life in the real world, is going to require a some work, consistency, and patience in order for there to be true results that last.

To be clear

If one has been consistent with following the big 3 (exercise, nutrition, and recovery), there are times when changing up ones nutrition, exercise protocol, or considering some natural supplements are necessary. Even with that, it still comes down to not one size fits all when talking exercise/nutrition plans and it will always come down to incorporating the big 3. I will gladly write it again. The big 3 include exercise, nutrition, and recovery.  Following the big 3 on a consistent basis is where the real magic is. Fitness is a lifestyle thing not a temporary thing.
